Pure Chemistry Lingerie Ltd will aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card information -excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If the particular product is not in stock, we will contact you when the item is available again.
Returns
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided you return them in a re-saleable condition within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Please make sure that the briefs & thongs are tried on over your own lingerie. All goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels & hygiene labels intact.
E-Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost incurred by returning an item. An exchange will be sent out free of charge.
Returns Period
Please fill out the form enclosed with your order and send it back with your returned goods within 14 days of receipt.
If you no longer have the returns form enclose a note with your order, with your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, with your reasons for return and details of your refund or replacement.
Any funds due from a refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control).
If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order.
If Pure Chemistry Lingerie ltd agrees that the product was faulty, the new delivery cost will be covered by Pure Chemistry Lingerie ltd, however, if the product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost.
We would contact you within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays for your payment details.
Pure Chemistry Lingerie cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

If an item is out of stock before your order has been processed, Pure Chemistry Lingerie ltd will notify you as soon as possible.

Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
1.) If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
a) to make goods any shortage or non-delivery;
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 1.) of the above.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
