Pure Chemistry Lingerie Ltd and their logo on this site are registered trademarks.
No contract will commence between you and Pure Chemistry Lingerie Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Pure Chemistry Lingerie accepts your order via email confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Pure Chemistry Lingerie Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Payments
For the safety and security of our customers all of our payments are processed by PayPal which accepts most major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. PayPal will send you emails about the processing of your payment and informs us whether the payment has been successfully made so that we can process your order.
Delivery
All shipments outside the UK and EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will apply once the shipment reaches your designated country. You will need to take responsibility for any taxes and duties that may apply. Please contact your relevant authority for more information on the rates.
Pure Chemistry Lingerie Ltd will aim is to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of credit or debit card information -excluding weekends and bank holidays. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If the particular product is not in stock, we will contact you when the item is available again.
Returns
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided you return them in a re-saleable condition within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Please make sure that the briefs & thongs are tried on over your own lingerie. All goods should be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels & hygiene labels intact.
E-Vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost incurred by returning an item. An exchange will be sent out free of charge.
Returns Period
Please fill out the form enclosed with your order and send it back with your returned goods within 14 days of receipt.
If you no longer have the returns form enclose a note with your order, with your name, address, contact telephone number, email address, with your reasons for return and details of your refund or replacement.
Any funds due from a refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control).
If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order.
If Pure Chemistry Lingerie ltd agrees that the product was faulty, the new delivery cost will be covered by Pure Chemistry Lingerie ltd, however, if the product is being exchanged for size or for personal choice reasons, the customer would bear the cost. We would contact you within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays for your payment details.
Pure Chemistry Lingerie cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

All goods are subject to availability.
If an item is out of stock before your order has been processed, Pure Chemistry Lingerie ltd will notify you as soon as possible. Liability
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
1.) If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
a) to make goods any shortage or non-delivery;
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause 1.) of the above.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase. Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order by emailing sales@purechemsitrylingerie.com within 7days including weekends and bank holidays. No cancellations can be made after this time.
Cancellations by us:
1.) We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
b) we do not deliver to your area; or
c) one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typo-graphical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
